Tarsis Lopez is the creator and host of the Alternative Classix Podcast. A Chicago-based PR professional who enjoys reliving his college radio DJ days, Tarsis chalks up his musical interests to many summers watching MTV's 120 minutes in the '80s and early '90s. Gina is the editor and voice of the AC News, heard each week (well, almost) on the podcast. A huge 80s alternative music fan, her interest in the genre began with a boy who, in his Jeep, played pirated Depeche Mode remixes from a DJ in San Diego. She's had a love affair (with the music, mind you), ever since. Gina really has no favorite bands, but appreciates anything by Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, New Order and The The to name a few.
